HSE training for staff is done through the company’s various supervisors. Staff are nominated for HSE training based on business needs (identified gaps) to enhance their performance. Contractors are also assisted at the discretion of HSE through client’s sponsored training programmes to improve their HSE awareness. HSE training is performed in accordance with:
